Corporate Governance
Guided by clear values. Driven by responsibility.
At DCO Holding, corporate governance is not just a checkbox – it's a fundamental principle. From day one, we are building on strong structures, transparency, and accountability to everyone involved with us: employees, partners, investors, and the public.
Our governance guidelines set high standards across all areas – from ethics and transparency to risk management and internal as well as external oversight. Even though we are at the beginning of our journey, our ambitions and principles are aligned with those of established international corporations.
Our Core Principles
Fairness
Every decision, every project, every connection – all actions are taken with full awareness of our responsibility to all stakeholders. Fairness is not our goal – it’s our baseline.
Transparency
Open communication, clear processes, and traceable decisions. Whether it’s about finances, investments, or operations: we stand for transparency at every level.
Integrity
We keep our word – and we speak plainly about what we do. Honesty, openness, and consistency define our path.
Structure & Oversight
-
Board of Directors
Meets regularly to make key decisions and steer the strategic direction of the Holding.
-
Executive Board
Meets weekly or as needed to respond promptly and wisely to operational needs and business developments.
-
Risk Committee & Audits
An independent Investment Risk Committee, along with a robust system of internal and external audits, ensures continuous quality control. Our internal audit department not only reviews but also advises and supports the improvement of internal processes and outcomes.
-
External Auditing
In addition to internal mechanisms, DCO Holding is also subject to statutory audits by an independent external auditing firm – strengthening trust and financial integrity.
Openness & Accountability
All relevant information is shared transparently and disclosed on a regular basis – to boards, committees, partners, and the public. This is done through the Board of Directors, the Risk Committee, and stakeholder meetings.
